The Seed of Life - What Does it Symbolize?

Symbolism of the Seed of Life
The Seed of Life symbolises creation, consciousness and is known as the blueprint of the Universe. It represents both beginning and completion. A seed is the starting point for life, and yet holds all the information for life to blossom. So while it represents beginnings, it is also indicative of the growth, transformation and expansion that will take place, eventually reaching completion.
Evidence of this blueprint can be found throughout all of nature and our world. The cell division process is perfectly replicated in the 6 overlapping circles. The 7 circles of the Seed are indicative of the 7 chakras, 7 musical notes & 7 colours of the rainbow!
The symbol can bring you blessings and protection. When you connect with the symbol it can bring about a greater sense of understanding about the Universe, its origins and the innate patterns of life.

How the Seed of Life was Created
The Seed of Life is made up of 7 circles representative of the 7 days of creation! The first circle symbolises the origination of consciousness out of nothing, when consciousness first became aware of itself.
Consciousness then moved to the outside of the circle (its own consciousness) and created a second, equally proportionate overlapping circle. This is known as the Vesica Piscis, which contains a myriad of mathematical dimensions and measurements that we use today.
The Vesica Piscis symbolises the first day of creation when light was created.
Consciousness continued to move around the edge of the original circle in perfect geometrical measurements, one by one creating all 6 of the overlapping circles (the 6 days of creation). The 7th day was the ‘day of rest’ after the Seed of Life (& the blueprint of all creation) was fully formed, marking the completion of the creation the Universe!
