In the rare event that you receive a flawed or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com. Please provide a photo if possible so we can improve our products & service in the future. We will happily replace your item free of charge or issue a refund.
If you have been issued a refund, please allow 3 to 5 days for the funds to clear in your account. If the funds do not appear after 10 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
